We do not disclose these information to any other providers and do not use these data for any other purpose other than specified on the mobile application. This application is developed in contemporary to the institution’s customer needs and services. We use your personal information to improve our services and create custom features as well. By, using our services, you agree to share the information with us accordingly to the applicable policies and laws.

Our app is only distributed via Google Playstore, Huawei App Gallery, Apple AppStore and via our website apps.microbankernepal.com.np. We strictly prohibit to download app from other means than the mentioned ones. We will not be held responsible for the any issues caused for the app downloaded via other sources.

Our app does not include any promotion or application of any kind of loan or debt. Customers will have to visit their desired financial institution and apply via an approved channel for it. We however, display the information regarding the loan which were approved at the financial institution, provided that the customer had made a written consent to allow access of loan information via our app.

In case of any changes in privacy policy, the amendments will be done in this policy document.
