We are looking for experienced or fresh candidate for role of Customer Support for software products.

Job Description

  • Conversing with clients and sorting out their issues.
  • Following up with the clients with their issues and resolving them.
  • Learning about the products of the company.

  • Must know how to operate in windows operating system.
  • Must have skills to operate on different kind of applications.
  • Must have some form of basic accounting knowledge

  • Education level +2 or above
 
Preference Given to 
  • Certified or experience in MBWIN Core Banking System
  • Individual having job experience in financial or banking institutions
